Robert married Mary King. Mary was born on 9 May 1760 in South Carolina. She died on 13 Jul 1842 in Bell County, Ky.

They had the following children:

				Sally married David Campbell on 30 Aug 1803 in Grainger Co., TN. David was born about 1785 in NC.

				Nancy married Winston Partin on 23 Jul 1804 in Grainger Co., TN.
	13	F	iii	Elizabeth Mason was born in 1787. She died about 1838.
	14	M	iv	James K Mason was born on 3 Dec 1790 in Burke Co. NC. He died on 16 Jul 1865 in Hendricks Co IN.
	15	F	v	Mary A Mason "Polly" was born in 1793 in Burke Co. NC.
